Welcome to Trivia Tide. By accessing or using our platform, mobile applications, or services (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

1. Description of Service

Trivia Tide provides a white-label mobile trivia platform for 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations. Each participating nonprofit receives a branded mobile application that facilitates live, multiplayer trivia games and integrated donation processing via Stripe Connect.

2. Eligibility

The Service is available to users who are at least 13 years of age. Nonprofit organization partners must maintain valid 501(c)(3) status with the Internal Revenue Service to participate in the platform.

3. Accounts & Authentication

Users may authenticate via Apple Sign-In or Google Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Trivia Tide is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized account access.

4. Payments & Donations

All payment processing is handled by Stripe, Inc. Donations made through the application are routed directly to the respective nonprofit’s Stripe Connect account. Trivia Tide does not hold, manage, or have custody of donated funds at any point during the transaction process.

5. User Conduct

Users agree not to interfere with the operation of the Service, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems, use automated tools to manipulate game outcomes, or engage in any activity that violates applicable laws.

6. Intellectual Property

The Trivia Tide platform, including its software, design, and documentation, is owned by Trivia Tide and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nonprofit partners retain ownership of their own branding assets used within their applications.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trivia Tide shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify users of material changes via the app or email.
