Refund Policy

Donations made through Trivia Tide are processed as charitable contributions to the respective 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization.

Donation Refunds

Because donations are transferred directly to the nonprofit via Stripe Connect, refund requests must be directed to the receiving organization. Trivia Tide will facilitate communication between the donor and the nonprofit when requested.

Erroneous Charges

If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at support@triviatide.com within 14 days of the transaction. We will investigate and, if confirmed, work with the nonprofit and Stripe to process a refund promptly.

Processing Time

Approved refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days. Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Account Cancellation

Users may delete their account at any time through the app or by contacting support. Account deletion does not entitle the user to a refund of any previous donations.
